NRC 1600NM sintered metal 2-disc clutch system VAG with 6-speed gearbox.
There are 2 pressure plate options: Near-series pressure point up to 1100NM+ or Upgrade Xtrem up to 1600NM+ (+250 euros, tighter pedal pressure)
This clutch pack is one of the most innovative clutch systems on the market.
Here too it stands out NRC-Coupling through small detailed solutions and stands out from other manufacturers.
- - CNC milled lighter steel 1-mass flywheel with milled starter ring, balanced according to ISO 1940-1 for flywheels
- - Flywheel was designed so that both disks sit as close as possible to the gearbox, which means that the gearbox input shaft sits as far as possible in the 2nd clutch disk and thus guarantees maximum torque transmission to both disks.
- - Clutch discs with high-performance friction linings or sinter linings for maximum torque transmission.
- - Hub profiles of the disc are designed so that the second disc has a longer hub towards the gearbox and thus the gearbox shaft sits better in the teeth.
- - Steel intermediate disc with a larger outside/inner radius so that more heat energy can be absorbed and the larger radius means that the heat can also be released more quickly from the outside/inside.
- - In addition, the disc is perforated, which means that additional air can flow through it and thus further improves cooling.
- -P&P assembly, without pedal travel limiter, perfectly measured and coordinated.
We drive this kit as a Golf Mk4 version ourselves in our Seat Leon Cupra 4x4 V6 and test the components ourselves and not as a "fail and error" on customer vehicles!!!

All parts are specially designed for the NRC and coordinated with each other.
