This clutch pack is one of the most innovative clutch systems on the market.

CNC milled lighter steel 1-mass flywheel with milled starter ring, balanced according to ISO 1940-1 for flywheels.

The flywheel was designed so that both discs sit as close as possible to the gearbox, which means that the gearbox input shaft sits as far as possible in the 2nd clutch disc and thus guarantees maximum torque transmission to both discs.

Clutch discs with High-Performance friction linings or sinter linings for maximum torque transmission.

The hub profile of the disc is designed so that the second disc has a longer hub in the direction of the gearbox and thus the gearbox shaft sits better in the teeth.

Steel intermediate disc with a larger outside/inside radius so that more heat energy can be absorbed and the larger radius means that the heat can also be released faster outside/inside.

In addition, the pane is perforated, which allows additional air to flow through it and thus further improves cooling.

We drive this kit as a Golf Mk4 version ourselves in our Seat Leon Cupra 4x4 V6 and test the components ourselves and not as a "Fail and Error" on customer vehicles !!!
